It was a disaster today.We were too nervous and couldn't even speak with fluency!
KSHS and Chung Cheng Armed Forces Preparatory School did much better than us.
They not only perform an wonderful drama and their presentation was well organized.
Although we lose the competition, we've learned our lesson.

We stayed in the computer classroom all day long.
There seems to be tension in the air since we're behind the expected schedule.
Hope we can do well tomorrow!

12/26

I am "on business" today.
I went to school as usual, but we prepared for ASEP instead of going to class.
It was tiring after staring at the monitor all afternoon.
There's still work to finish tomorrow.

12/25 Merry Christmas!

I got a CD as a Christmas gift.
To me, it was more my parents' love than a gift.
It was really a big surprise because Mom remember the singer I like even though she doesn't like his songs!

12/24 Christmas Eve

It's Christmas eve, a time I have expected all year long because Santa Claus is coming tonight.

Santa Claus should be as rich as Croesus since he has to satisfy so many children.

I'll have to go to bed early so that Santa could put his gift in my stocking!

Christmas is around the corner.
It is believed that Christmas is not only receiving and giving out gifts but also a time to show your thanks to others.
I totally agree with it, which is just mentioned in today's LIVE magazine article.

Tomorrow is the Christmas party.

Most of the students are excited about this among the students in class 103.

We talked about our plan for tomorrow night all day long. Sandy said that the food at the party is why she would want to go!

We had a " quarrel " during our discussion on ASEP.
It may because we were nervous and unsure about what would happen next.
Hope we can reach an agreement as soon as possible since we still have to discuss with our Japanese partner.

I felt dizzy today and couldn't concentrate in class.
I must have caught a cold.
Mom took me to the doctor and he told me to take the medicine every three hours.

12/19 A Christmas Card

My classmate gave me a Christmas card today.

It is really nice of her to do this.

I decided to give something back to her before Friday.
Merry Christmas to everyone! 

12/18 Practicing Basketball Again

I didn't pass the basketball test, so I went practicing this morning.
The sun shone brightly that I could barely see the backboard.
Anyway, I kept practicing until I could score well.Hope I can pass the test this Friday!

12/17

I prepared a Christmas gift for my "Master" this morning.
Suddenly I thought that our teacher wanted to get us to care about our classmates more through this activity, and it worked.
I didn't know much about my "Master," but I was happy when I saw her opening the letter written by me last Friday. Taking care of others really could make one feel rich and that maybe what volunteers think when they are helping!

12/16 English class at Dream Cubby

Eight students including me had a English class at Dream Cubby today.
We were taught by an Austria professor, and the topic was leadership.
 I learned a lot through the class and also practiced English speaking.

12/15 Christmas around the corner

Everyone in our class is excited about the Christmas party.
On the blackboard hung a Christmas card in the shape of the Christmas tree.
We also learned the dance moves for the party in the afternoon.

12/14 Dinner at East Meets West Kitchen

The Australia team had dinner at  East Meets West Kitchen tonight.
I was so happy to see professor Shirley, who is teaching us in the GEPT program.
It was an amazing dinner just like a Christmas banquet I've always dreamed about.

12/13 Something secret

We are doing"angel and the master(小天使與小主人)" in class. 

 I secretly gave my "master" a letter and some treats, but I'm not sure if she likes them or not. 

Anyway, I'll try my best to consider what she needs and give her a a hand to be a responsible "angel"!

It has been five months since I graduated from Yang Ming Junior High School.
I really miss my friends, especially Pearl, who is studying music in Feng Hsin Senior High School.
Hopefully we could meet each other by Christmas!

12/11 Practicing for the basketball test

Our PE teacher said that there is a basketball test this week.
I practiced set shot this morning so that I could pass the test.
It was a little hard for me because I was afraid that I might be hurt by the ball!

12/10 A meaningful morning

This morning, I taught some elementary school students for the ASEP project.
What we taught them was not hard to understand but useful.
I really hope that they like the English song "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" and the vocabulary about Christmas!

12/09 A special book

This afternoon, I found a special book in the library.
It was written by a writer whose thoughts inspired me a lot.
Feeling excited about this, I started reading the book in the evening.    

12/08 A busy day

Today is a busy day with lots of works to be done.
Luckily, I have enough time to finish them.
It's late and I'm going to bed now. Goodnight!

My teacher taught us how to start a blog today.
What I write here must be in English.
It is a way to practice English writing.
